Return Policy

Returns
- BusyEase Store has a 14-day return policy. Customers have 14 Days after receiving the purchased item to request a return. In the case of customers providing an incorrect or improper shipping address, we will not be responsible after the order has already been shipped. Please make sure all address changes are made before your order is shipped.
- The item must be in the same condition as the customer received it to be eligible for a return. It must be unused, in its original packaging with all components intact. Please also provide us with your receipt or proof of purchase.
- For sanitary reasons, used products cannot be returned under any circumstances except in the case of receiving the incorrect item from what the customer has ordered.
- If you receive the capacity, color, or variant you ordered (as shown in your order confirmation), returns based on preference for a different option may not be approved. Please review product dimensions, capacity, and available options carefully before purchasing.
- Return requests will not be considered if item(s) have not yet been delivered to the customer. BusyEase Store maintains the right to refuse any return request for any reason.
- Other than the reasons of receiving defective or incorrect items, all returns will be subject to a $5 processing fee (USD/CAD/GBP/AUD depending on your location) per item.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@busyeasestore.com with your order number, clear photos of the item, and detailed explanation of your return request. To minimize environmental impact, we process returns through photo verification and refund rather than requiring physical return shipping.

Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled due to automated processing, time zone differences in business hours, and international shipping logistics of manufacturers and suppliers. Please be certain before placing and paying for the order.
Refunds
- Customers will be notified once we have received and inspected their return request, and be updated on whether their refund was approved.
- In the case of approved refund, customers will be automatically refunded on their original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund on your account.
Exchanges
- Due to shipping restrictions with suppliers, BusyEase Store currently does not offer any exchanges. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). BusyEase Store also does not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect the items you ordered immediately upon reception and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly to your satisfaction.
